IQ Pass is published by an independent publisher. For any question regarding your personal data, you can contact us at: support.iqpass@gmail.com

2. Data collected

We only collect the data strictly necessary for the service to function:

  • Session data: session identifier, answers to questions, response times, and, if you create an account, your email address.
  • Payment data: processed exclusively by Stripe. We do not store any card number or sensitive financial data.
  • Technical data: browsing logs, and, with your consent, advertising identifiers (Meta, TikTok) to measure the effectiveness of our campaigns.

3. Purposes of processing

Data is processed to:

  • Calculate and deliver your personalized cognitive estimate
  • Process your payment via Stripe
  • Improve the quality and accuracy of our algorithm
  • Measure the performance of our advertising campaigns (with your consent)

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on contract performance (art. 6.1.b GDPR) for providing the service, our legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR) for improving the service, and your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR) for advertising measurement cookies.

5. Retention period

Session data is kept for 12 months after the test date, then automatically deleted. User accounts are kept until deleted by the user.

6. Sub-processors

  • Supabase — database hosting (EU servers)
  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Vercel — application hosting
  • Meta / TikTok — advertising measurement, only with your consent

7. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access to your data
  • Right of rectification
  • Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
  • Right to data portability
  • Right to object and to restrict processing

8. Cookies

IQ Pass uses technical cookies strictly necessary for the service (session, security). With your consent, we also use advertising measurement cookies (Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel) to evaluate the effectiveness of our campaigns. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie management banner.
